DESCRIPTION

The Anthurium Andraeanum "Zizou Purple" belongs to the Araceae family and is scientifically known as Anthurium andraeanum. Native to the rainforests of Central and South America, this striking plant features vibrant purple flowers and glossy, dark green leaves.

Thriving in bright, indirect light, it is relatively easy to care for, making it an ideal addition to indoor spaces. In Singapore's tropical climate, maintaining a consistently moist but well-draining soil is essential, and watering should be done when the top inch of the soil feels slightly dry.

This Anthurium variety is not only aesthetically pleasing but also acts as an effective air purifier. However, caution is advised for pet owners, as it contains calcium oxalate crystals that can be irritating if ingested. Overall, the Anthurium Andraeanum "Zizou Purple" is a beautiful and manageable plant, enhancing both indoor aesthetics and air quality with proper care.
